I love this video. So empowering. Have you ever been interested in how the brain works and how the mind can heal the body/illness through activating the parasympathetic nervous system? As a yoga teacher this is all so important to me and what fuels my practice. I love uncovering the latest research on how this ancient science of yoga (and meditation, breathing & calming the nervous system) can benefit the body and mind on such deep levels. That being said I don’t think there is a single person out there who wouldn’t benefit from watching this video 🙂
