There are so many benefits weekly yoga practice can bring to your life but sometimes it doesn’t seem long enough, does it? There is not enough time to let students immerse themselves in the yoga experience let alone explore into deeper aspects of the 8 limbs of yoga and holistic living.
The answer? A one day yoga retreat & immersion on the water, like a spa day for your nervous system! A day in beautiful surroundings to reconnect with nature and with like-minded people. A chance to discover wellbeing from the inside out and wind up feeling blissfully rested, inspired and energized. All in one day!
Each Retreat will be co-lead by a guest teacher along with myself (Ally). I am excited to bring the wisdom and gifts of so many notable yoga teachers to Pigeon lake. Each one day retreat will include yoga (asana, pranayama & meditation) practice, yoga nidra, a specialized workshop (varies with each teacher) and nature connection. Some summer retreats will also include a sunset SUP yoga session! Plus time for yourself. Quality time for yourself. Bliss.
