Would you like to play with balance, focus, and core strength by taking your practice offshore? Take your yoga practice to the next level! Since the platform is unstable, you really have to engage the core and all of the little stabilizing muscles in the body to cultivate balance.

Note: This series of classes is a good choice for both strong beginners and yogis with a regular practice!  If you are looking for a class that challenges you as opposed to purely relaxation and stretching then this is the class for you. Drop in available @ $35/class if space allows.  *Limited to 10 students per session*
