Sweat & Splash // Balance & Swim

This limited series of classes is all about fun.

These classes start in the morning as it gets hotter towards the end of the practice – perfect for swimming! We have a shorter asana practice out in the bay/on water studio and then paddle back into towards shore and play in the deeper water.
This is a great time to have fun, play with standing/balancing postures such as “toppling” tree pose, “diving” dancer, headstand and other fun/challenging poses.
It’s a class where we embrace being silly, fun, jumping and diving into the water.
It’s a great time to embrace your inner child and laugh and really let yourself play. This is a wonderful time for those who love the water and swimming.

The price for 8 week session students is $25 + HST/class and the price for drop in students is $35 + HST/class.

Note: This series of classes is a good choice for both strong beginners and yogis with a regular practice! Recommended to have some SUP Yoga experience or a love of swimming and the water. Drop in available @ $35/class if space allows.  *Limited to 10 students per session*
