Yoga & Pranayama – Exploring the Breathe

Through this series we will work through all of the most basic pranayamas and work our way up to more advanced pranayama techniques over the weeks. Learn to incorporate the breathing techniques into the asana practice and also into every day life. Pranayama has been one of the most life changing aspects of the yoga practice for me and I use specific pranayama techniques every morning. It has shifted everything for me.

Enjoy the benefits of a vinyasa flow in a slower, steady pace that really emphasizes the breath.

The gentle and slower paced nature of this class creates space for attuning to your body’s inner wisdom, promoting relaxation and inner balance. Through, meditation, pranayama, asana, and mudra, you will be encouraged to enhance the awareness of your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic states. Whether you are looking to de-stress, stretch, move your muscles, learn calming breathing techniques, cultivate inner resilience, or integrate meditation – this class is for you.

Each class ends with deep relaxation, meditation and a relaxation.

Note: This style of class is very accessible to all different ages and body types.
